Dario Pardi combines an international career in enterprise technology with direct experience in investment, governance and business transformation. At GUM Group, he leads strategy, investment decisions and the active ownership approach.
His experience connects the perspective of an operating executive with the responsibilities of an investor: defining priorities, strengthening management and financial discipline, and supporting businesses through growth and change.

INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGY LEADERSHIP
Senior roles across multinational ICT businesses, including StorageTek, Cabletron, Hewlett-Packard and Hitachi Data Systems. His Hitachi responsibilities included EMEA Global Markets and leadership of the Italian business through December 2014.
TAS GROUP / BANKING & PAYMENTS SOFTWARE
Chairmanship and investment experience in software and services for banking and financial applications. During his leadership, TAS pursued organic development and acquisitions before its acquisition by an international investment fund.
RETELIT / DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE
Chairmanship of an Italian telecommunications infrastructure and ICT services business. His experience spans industrial development, organic growth and acquisitions, culminating in the company’s acquisition by an international investment fund.

Chairman from 2023 and appointed CEO in 2024, with the CEO appointment renewed in July 2026. His involvement brings together enterprise technology, governance and the development of AI for business applications.
